suffix - ary
The addition of the suffix - ary transforms a number of words into their adjective 形容词 xíng róng cí form. See more examples below the video.

alimentary canal - food canal 消化道 xiāo huà dào
The mouth is where food enters the alimentary canal.
prime - primary
The primary colours 原色 yuán sè of light are Red, Green and Blue (RGB).
second - secondary
She is in the secondary school.
element - elementary
He signed up for the elementary course.
station - stationary 静止的 jìng zhǐ de
The train is in the station. It is stationary. It is not moving.
NOTE :
The word "stationery" is a noun 名词 míng cí. It refers to writing and office materials.
