A nation is perceived as the universe. The ruler and the capital are the centre of the universe and the central government. The ruler is responsible for the well being of his nation and people in accordance to some religious belief, such as the Dharma. An example of a building built in the order of the cosmos is Angkor Wat in Cambodia.

Negara dianggap alam semesta. Pemerintah dan ibukota negara merupakan pusat alam semesta dan pusat pentadbiran. Pemerintah bertanggungjawab atas kesejahteraan negara dan rakyatnya - menurut sesuatu kepercayaan agama, sebagai contoh Dharma. Bangunan Angkor Wat di Kemboja dibina menepati orde kosmos.
