Sentence
                          Construction - English

        1. The word order in the English language
              is the Subject-Verb-Object.
              The acronym
              for Subject-Verb-Object
                  word order is SVO.

 2. Typically, the Subject
in a sentence is a noun or
a pronoun. (See parts of a
                          speech).

 3. The Subject
              controls the Verb.
                  The Subject
                      and the Verb
come in singular or plural forms. So, one
must be mindful of the Subject
                            - Verb Agreement.
                  4. A singular Subject
pairs with a singular Verb. A plural Subject
                                      pairs with a plural Verb.

5. Tenses apply only to Verbs.
Therefore, one must always be careful of the tenses when using
                  a Verb.
The Present Tense is used for factual and habitual
circumstances, among others. Many people use the Past Tense to
                  write stories (narrative essays).

 6. Prepositions
are used to show the position. In the example: "The developers
released the game in every country." , the preposition "in"
tells the reader / audience where the game was released.
The preposition "at" in this sentence "The meeting is at 3.00
pm." denotes the position in time.
