Gives
shape to the cell and supports the cell. It is made up mainly of
cellulose.
B -
cell membrane
It is
partially permeable (allowing some some substances to pass
through) and thus, it controls the movement of substances in and
out of the cell.
C - cytoplasm
This
is the part of the cell where chemical reactions take place.
Food and waste products are stored here.
D -
chloroplasts
These
cell structures contain the green pigment chlorophyll which is
used for the process of photosynthesis. Chloroplasts are not found
in animal cells.
E -
vacuole
This
cell structure in the form of a sac is prominent in plant cells It
contains a solution with dissolved sugar and minerals.
F -
nucleus
This
is the control centre of the cell. It contains genetic materials
stored in its chromosomes. It regulates the activities of the
cell.

merupakan bahagian sel di mana tindak balas kimia berlaku.
Makanan dan bahan buangan disimpan di sini.

- Kloroplas
Struktur
sel
ini mengandungi pigmen hijau yang digelar klorofil. Klorofil
berfungsi dalam proses fotosintesis. Kloroplas tidak dijumpai
dalam sel haiwan.
E
- vakuol
Struktur
sel
ini merupakan pundi yang lebih ketara dalam sel tumbuhan. Ia
mengandungi larutan dengan gula dan mineral sebagai
bahan-bahan terlarut.
F
- nukleus
Struktur
ini
merupakan pusat kawalan sel. Ia mengandungi bahan-bahan
genetik di dalam kromosomnya. Nukleus mengawal
aktiviti-aktiviti sel.
