Anthropomorphic Gods

The word anthropomorphic is an adjective for
the noun:
anthropomorphism. The word anthropomorphic is
derived from two Greek words,
namely anthropos which
means human and morph / morphe which
means change (into a different form). So
anthropomorphic gods are those that change into
human forms (and anthropomorphism is the depiction
of god in human form). Examples of anthropomorphic
gods are as follows:
αω the Greek Gods and Goddesses
αω the Chinese deities, such as The Goddess of Mercy 观音 guān yīn
αω the Hindu deities, such as The Goddess of Knowledge, Saraswati
αω Jesus Christ* (Christianity)
