Ivory
Ivory is the hard (bone-like) white substance of elephant tusks. It is also the material of the tusk of walruses.
Ivory is also the name given to the colour that is a pale yellowish white.
To live in an ivory tower is be in a situation where one avoids the mundane and unpleasant state of being ordinary people.
