Curry Puffs are a favourite snack among
Malaysians. The dough of the pastry is made with wheat and salt. As the name suggests, the filling (wrapped in the shell-like pastry) is spiced with curry. A common filling is curry potatoes, often added with slices of boiled egg. Curry chicken, beef or sardines have become popular fillings.
